This role oversees both the ESG reporting and CSRD preparation functions, ensuring the Group delivers transparent, accurate, and compliant disclosures in line with regulatory requirements and investor expectations. This role shapes the company\u2019s long\u2011term reporting strategy, strengthens internal control environments, and builds ESG capabilities across the organization.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><b>KEY DELIVERABLES<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Multi\u2011year group-wide ESG Reporting strategy and systems roadmap.<\/li>\n<li>CSRD\u2011aligned and assurance\u2011ready disclosures across all ESG dimensions.<\/li>\n<li>Quarterly ESG dashboards and Board\u2011level reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting systems strategy, integrations, and continuous improvement plan.<\/li>\n<li>Group\u2011wide capability\u2011building and training programs.<\/li>\n<li>Compliance reporting according to existing and upcoming legislations (UK SECR, UK CFRD, California Climate Regulations, CSRD, CSDDD, EU Taxonomy, etc.) as well as relevant ESG benchmark reporting (CDP, DJSI, MSCI, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1><b>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/b><\/h1>\n<h3><b>Leadership &amp; Strategy<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and continuously evolve the Group\u2019s ESG reporting strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Provide oversight to both the CSRD Preparation and ESG Reporting teams.<\/li>\n<li>Set clear KPI frameworks, performance standards, and quality benchmarks.<\/li>\n<li>Advise on ESG due diligence and lead subsidiary integrations, to manage impacts to public disclosures and commitments, group compliance, and the achievement of the company\u2019s ESG strategy \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Reporting, Systems &amp; Controls Oversight<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Govern Group ESG methodologies and reporting policies.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee ESG data architecture, system performance, and integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistent internal control design and compliance across all OpCos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Compliance Oversight<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide strategic oversight for the CSRD readiness program, ensuring alignment with timelines and audit requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Engage with senior leaders across Finance, Legal, Risk, and Operations on CSRD implications.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the successful and timely delivery of the yearly ESG reporting packs as per compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Audit &amp; Assurance Governance<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee assurance planning, auditor engagement, and findings resolution.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure audit\u2011ready documentation across both reporting and CSRD teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>KNOWLEDGE &amp; EXPERIENCE<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Knowledge &amp; Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12&#43; years in ESG reporting, financial reporting, audit, or sustainability leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in CSRD\/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, GRI, GHG Protocol, and global reporting frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership of multi\u2011functional teams and complex regulatory programs.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication skills, with ability to advise senior executives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>* <\/b><b>Liberty Global is an equal opportunity employer.
